We loved good and perfect location of this place.

We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner.

Truly enjoyed how excellent value the property was and its incredibly nice staff at reception desk. This hotel was located in a very central area so close to dubai mall and metro as well as both the beach and the Dubai mall. Spent here 1 good day and will be back.

I loved the location. Enjoyed the hotel itself. Very relaxing, great bar, and best place for your money.

I didnt like front desk check in representative. Had a very bad attitude. Not very people friendly. Management was outstanding. Very people friendly and great customer service.

The rooms were new-fashioned and huge with kettle's and a fantastic shower, for example, just what was needed. Location: the hotel was near sea and downtown, a grocery store which was convenient for snacks, and Dubai from october 23...

The message was excellent

The shower..you have to hold it during bath.. The reception staff were so not friendly Price of breakfast was expensive

Everything in the hotel is perfect except two things

1- food and service in Senses restaurant is poor. 2- No WIFI in the rooms.

The hotel is looking very nice..clean..fashion..friendly,,,near to many places..away from others..but in general..i enjoyed the stat the there.. The food there is too much expensive..the drinks as well There are many markets arounds in case u wanna buy any food or drinks No wi fi in ur room..u have to stay down in the lobby...lobby launges are few..needs to be increased..

Every thing I like it in this hotel.The room was cosy and clean. THE location is fully serviced by public transportation network. Really like it.

Friendly Staff

When I checked in, I found that the main door of my room is broken. I tried to double lock for security reason but still it can be opened from outside. Checking in at around 1am in the middle of the night to take a rest and finding such room default is not acceptable but this was lighten by the frienly staff of your hotel from engineering to front office.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The location was surprisingly good, with easy access to both old and new Dubai. The staff were friendly. I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to popular spots like La Mer Beach and Dubai Mall. It made our outings much easier. The cleanliness of the carpets in our room could use some improvement.

The indian faces of the staff members and the easy to assess travel desk and pleasant n friendly housekeeping staff lobby staff who were too eager to assist
